Pride Mega Yachts at 2015 Monaco Yacht Show

2015-09-Tomorrow-bigPride Mega Yachts, a Chinese superyacht shipyard based in Yantai Peninsula, will have a strong presence at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. With more than 25 years of experience in ship building superyachts, it specializes in the development, creation and marketing of 80-120m mega yachts, thus fulfilling the growing demand for this new class of yachts. Displaying the best in nautical architecture, interior design and technical equipment, Pride Mega Yacht aims to meet European standards, while maintaining competitive prices.
The Monaco Yacht Show will also be the right occasion to celebrate the sale of the recently launched 88.8-meter Illusion.
The largest yacht ever built in China showcases the ambitious shipyard’s focus on innovation and outstanding craftsmanship. With an impressive interior volume of 3,603 gross tons and a 15.8-meter beam, Illusion’s spacious design has been further enhanced by the use of fine materials. The yacht was designed by Azure Naval Architect, with exterior styling by Rainsford Saunders Design and interiors developed by Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design. Driven by state-of-the-art Rolls Royce diesel-electric-propulsion, motion and system control, Illusion will be ready for delivery in October 2015.
The sale of this sophisticated six-deck mega yacht marks Pride’s position as an established player in the world’s mega yacht market. According to Pride Mega Yachts spokesman, “The success of such a significant sale is proof that the superyacht industry is buoyant and that sales of large yachts are flourishing once again. I believe the sale is another sign that the market as a whole is doing very well. The interest from potential buyers is on the rise, particularly for large mega yachts, evident by the increased number of inquiries”.
At the Show Pride Mega Yachts will be represented by an experienced team to answer all questions about the yard and its current and future projects, and it will also use the event to reveal more information about its 108.8m Tomorrow concept, first released at the MYS in 2014.
