Bilgin Yachts is currently building the second Bligin 156 speculative project, a 47-metre luxury yacht concept, at their facilities in Turkey: it is one of the three projects under construction and it will be the 23rd to be completed by the Turkish Yard – according to which, the first hull is on track for a 2016 launch.
The team working on naval architecture and exterior design for this yacht is the same as with the popular 63m Irimari by Sunrise Yachts: Özgün Yacht Design, under the brand Unique Yacht Design. The interior design and general arrangement have instead been developed by renowned London-based studio H2 Yacht Design.
Even with a length less than 50-m and a gross tonnage not exceeding 500 GT, Bilgin 156 will share some of her traits and characteristics with much larger yachts. The new motoryacht will comfortably accommodate ten guests in five spacious cabins, four of which are located on the lower deck. The full-beam master suite is on the main deck and benefits from a hull balcony. Aft of the bridge, there is a common area that might be converted into an extra cabin according to the owner’s wishes.
A sleek and characterizing feature from an exterior point of view, the vessel’s reverse-sloped bridge windows provide amazing  views out from inside the wheelhouse. The same windows will also allow views over the water toys stored on the bridge.  The result is a modern bright interior, with subtle details such as a combination of wood variants and precious metals in a minimalistic copper coloured scheme.
A generous beach club will be found on the aft lower deck: the beach club will be dedicated to relaxation but also to exercise and fit. There is a jacuzzi on the sundeck and plenty of entertainment space up top. Bilgin Yachts announced that, unlike hull number one, the second hull of the 156 is likely to have a convertible helipad on the upper deck aft section.
