Aqueous 120, a superyacht concept by Facheris Design

facheris-design-aqueous-120-concept-yachtThe Aqueous 120 is a new yacht concept by Facheris Design, designed with an effort to incorporate as much glass and reflective surfaces as possible throughout the superstructure and hull to increase visibility and the income of natural light in the interior spaces. Being 120 metres long, she provides generous surfaces for sure.
Facheris Design used virtual modeling to help the process of designing the most aerodynamic hull shape. Interior areas become lighter thanks to the use of glass, whose transparency allows for a stronger connection to the surrounding environment.
The forward deck includes a large sun pad and Jacuzzi: the sun pad can be turned into a helicopter-landing pad. A generous after-deck offers a large infinity pool, retractable awning and a double lounge seat and bar. Two large garages on board hold up to two 11 meter tenders, a jet ski and additional leisure equipment. Owners and guests will be comfortably accommodated in four VIPs, eight doubles, and six singles.
The Aqueous 120 is a hybrid-powered yacht, in the effort of also being eco-friendly. Quadruple 4,290-hp MTU 20V 4000 M73L engines, part of the hybrid system, will power the vessel to a top speed of 20 knots. A very high fuel capacity (271,000 litres) will have positive effects on the nautical range reachable.
Facheris Design estimates that 42 crewmembers will be needed to take care of onboard operations.
