SuperyachtDESIGN Week 2016 will be taking place in the summer

The fourth edition of the SuperyachtDESIGN Week will take place at the Design Centre in Chelsea Harbour, from 28-30 June 2016.
The event will bring together international forward thinkers, providing a chance to interact with people from the industry, to be inspired by the potential of innovative materials as well as to learn about new techniques and advanced technologies.
The three-day event will offer workshops on the latest design topics, talks, artisan showcases and networking opportunities with design experts. Leading speakers from the superyacht world and related industry will give their personal insights and visions about current and future trends in superyacht design.
With 116 showrooms, over 600 international brands and more than 500 superyacht professionals, some of the biggest names in design will show how they are shaping luxury yacht interiors.
Workshops include sessions on the making of Moonstone with the Oceanco and van Geest Design teams, ways to work closely with owners to create bespoke experiences with Timur Bozca and Casper Kleiman of Van Berge Henegouwen, insights from crew on how to design better for life on board as well as discussions on the buying process, social media and contracts.
Keynote speakers include Guillame Rolland, principal architect at Christian Liagre and Ian Briggs of BAC Mono who will discuss the ground-breaking technology changing the face of performance cars and their relationship with the marine world.
