Australian-based Sundance Marine added to its range of powerboats, luxury cruisers and yachts the well renowned Italian boat builder Invictus.
The Italian brand, whose aim is to “redefine the luxury of tomorrow making true our future owners’ dreams”, builds four different model ranges: the GT day boats, TT luxury tenders, FX sport boats and the SX series designed specifically for water sports.
The first two models that Sundance Marine has brought to Australia are the 240FX and 280TT.
Invictus 280TT
The 280TT is the perfect-size day boat for waterfront-house owners, or tender for a superyacht.
It has a cabin with a wet head, refrigerator and small cooktop located near the helm. It features enough space to entertain guests, luxuriously fitted out and set up with a large lounge in the bow that can be turned into a sunbed, a second lounge at the rear of the boat with a second lounge behind it and a large swim platform.
The TT 280 is powered by a 320hp Volvo Penta stern drive allowing for a top speed of 38 knots and a cruising speed of 21 knots, and it also has a 530-litre fuel tank ensuring plenty of range.
The sides of the hull have an integrated fender system, shaped as the hull in order to provide maximum protection and to guarantee good manoeuvring.
Invictus 240FX
A new model, the centre console day boat can be used as a luxury tender, family cruiser, or fishing boat.
The 240 is about 25feet long, and features a large lounge in the bow with additional seats on the front of the centre console to create a comfortable social area for eight passengers. Another small lounge stretches three quarters the way across the transom. The day head is big enough to be used as a changing room or as a storage area.
Invictus 240FX can also be delivered in a fishing configuration that would leave the bow area empty providing plenty of room for up to four people to fish comfortably. A stainless steel T Top with rod holders across the back and a canopy can also be fitted over the centre console, if required.
The vessel has been designed to handle up to a 250hp outboard, with a high-performance hull capable of travelling at up to 45 knots.
