70-metre King Shark motoryacht concept sold

king-sharkRossinavi announced the sale of King Shark, a 70-metre motoryacht concept designed to ice class.
The yacht will be built at the Italian shipyard’s facilities in Viareggio – where High Power III, the yard’s largest project to date, had also been completed. The yard is currently operating at full capacity, but upcoming launches ( the 49.9-metre Endurance in mid-February and Longitude in March)  will free space enough to start building the new vessel in June, with delivery scheduled for 2021.
King Shark was designed by Enrico Gobbi, from Team For Design, which is carrying out the design of five of the six projects currently under construction at Rossinavi.
She has been designed as an ice class hull able to cruise in all weather conditions, both in the Caribbean and in Antarctica, while keeping a non-commercial look, capable of long-range cruising.
Thanks to her diesel-electric engines, she will be able to reach an impressive range of 6,000-plus nautical miles at 12knots, while her cruising speed will be of 15 knots and top speed of 17 knots.
