Wider 150 series launched again with hull named Bartali

Wider Yachts has recently launched again the Wider 150 series, with a hull christened “Bartali”.

Wider 150 was designed with the aim to enhance a deeper contact with the sea, while increasing interior volumes compared to other motor yachts of a similar size.
Entirely aluminium-built, the yacht features an elegant silhouette created by Fulvio De Simoni in collaboration with Wider in-house design team.
Wider 150 Bartali offers plenty of expanding features in line with the Wider transformative theme: multiple hatches, terraces and pop-up areas.

Among the most remarkable features, Bartali provides an expansive beach club area, with a large 7-metre swimming pool. This area also provides enough space to host the yacht’s main tender, a 32’ rigid tender, in a floodable garage. When the tender is launched, the area can be fully transformed into a relaxing beach club with the two side terraces folded down.
A forward lounge with opening roof- terrace located on foredeck offers absolute privacy to owner and guests. The master-suite, located forward on the main deck, has a fold down sea terrace of its own on the starboard side.

Her diesel electric propulsion system, combined with Azimuthal pods makes Wider the first yard to offer the benefits of a full diesel electric system in this size range. Wider 150 can run solely on battery power for a full night or whilst using the beach club, with no noise, vibration, smoke or smell.

“The team has worked very hard, working extra shifts over last couple of months to ensure that we complete the requested changes and hit the delivery date agreed with the new owner. It is our mandate to never compromise on workmanship and to deliver on our promises and I am very proud to be working with everyone involved,” said Michael Hackman, Executive Vice President – Marine Operations with Genting Hong Kong and interim Chairman of Wider.

Wider Yachts is currently working on the Wider 165, named “Cecilia”, which is yet to find an owner.
