The Uniesse Marine Group has recently acquired the assets of Uniesse Marine and they are currently planning a  revamping of their brand.

The Bergamo-based group was founded in 1990 by two brothers, Danielo and Giuseppe Scaburri, who shared their enthusiasm about the sea and clear ideas on how their kind of crafts should be: comfortable and seaworthy.

After the acquisition, Uniesse Marine already started redesigning their motor yacht line ranging from 15 to 35 metres, whose largest models available at the moment are the 29.5-metre Sport 95 and the 35-metre MY 115.

As David Schwedel, a Florida based SMBV investor, was responsible of the acquisition, the company will be headquartered in Miami, while all manufacturing will keep on being undertaken in Italy.

According to Schwedel, the latest development will help Uniesse Marine to grow into new global markets: “This acquisition will allow Uniesse to expand to markets that were formerly underserved by the company, including Asia and the Middle East. In addition, we will have capabilities to help our existing customers move up to larger vessels over the coming years.”

Schwedel also added that the brand is considering to expand its line with larger models ranging more than 30 metres. “Our current 90’, 105’, and 115’ motor yachts are all in line for production beginning in 2020. We are in the process of reviewing larger vessels in the 120’ – 135’ range as well for 2023.
