Lynx Yachts’ new Adventure Series

Lynx Yachts Adventure SeriesLynx Yachts has recently introduced its new Adventure Series, a newly added line of expedition motor yachts, starting with a 32-metre model.

The Dutch yacht builder has unveiled the first model in the series, a new 32.2-metre project called Adventure 32, right in time for the upcoming edition of the Monaco Yacht Show. The new Adventure 32 features the characteristic robust and functional exterior Lynx Yachts’ vessels share and are known for.

The new series, which will be composed of three models – the Adventure 32 and a 24 and a 38-metre yachts-  has drawn its inspiration from Lynx’ YXT series of support vessels. Such series is aimed at carrying water-toys and additional supplies to motherships.

The exterior design of the new Adventure Series is the work of Bernd Weel Design, while naval architecture has once again been developed by the experienced engineering team of Diana Yacht Design, a long-time collaborator of Lynx Yachts’.

“We are targeting a visionary kind of client with contemporary tastes,” says Filippo Rossi, Sales & Marketing Manager at Lynx Yachts. “Someone who is hungry for new experiences and eager to explore the world.”

Indoor spaces for the project have been designed with two options for different layouts and will offer space enough to accommodate either eight or ten guests depending on the owner’s wishes. The open swim platform is a comfortable relaxation area located at the stern of the yacht, which can be fully enjoyed once the tenders and toys have been launched by the crew.

The Adventure 32 is designed to be built on a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure that will provide a comfortable and stable experience at sea and all the strength needed for carrying an array of large water toys at the stern. Coming in at under 200 GT, the vessel only requires two small CAT C18 engines to reach a top speed of 15 knots, and rewards her with a range of 2,000 nm.
