Tecnomar, brand by The Italian Sea Group, global operator in the luxury yachting industry active in the building and refit of motor yachts and vessels over 100 meters, has delivered the first Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, avant garde motor yacht generated from the union between the excellence in the yachting world and the world of super sport cars.
“It is a profoundly emotional moment – declared the ship owner during the delivery ceremony – The Italian Sea Group Team has realized a unique yacht with incredible performances, a true jewel of the sea”.
A yacht never seen before
“This project is an excellent example of how The Italian Sea Group collaborates and steadily grows with its clients, but especially with its partners – commented Giuseppe Taranto, The Italian Sea Group Vice President – Working based on our experience and the collaboration with Automobili Lamborghini, today we have delivered an innovative yacht, a product never seen before.”
“We are proud to witness the essence of Lamborghini’s DNA now sailing at sea with the same attitude as our super sports cars face the pavement. This yacht represents how the shared values and the perfect synergy of the two teams are the key to the realization of excellent products” said Stefano Rutigliano, Strategy Director of Automobili Lamborghini.
Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 is inspired by the Lamborghini Siàn FKP 37, the hybrid super sports car anticipating the future with unmistakable design, completely custom in colors and details.
The number “63” is an important one for both brands: 1963 is not only “Automobili Lamborghini”’s foundation year, but also the birth year of Founder & CEO G. Costantino; 63 are the knots that the yacht reaches in speed and, finally, 63 is the length of the yacht measured in feet.
Due to the presence of two MAN V12-2000HP engines, the motor yacht is the fastest boat in the Tecnomar fleet by The Italian Sea Group, able to satisfy the needs of collectors and people who love to live at sea. The use of carbon fiber, typical element in Lamborghini vehicles, grants the classification in the ultra-light vessels range with a maximum weight of 24 tons.
