VQ90 VeloceVanquish Yachts unveiled a new sports yacht concept: the VQ90 Veloce. As the name itself suggests, the Dutch shipyard’s new concept is meant to be, once built, among the ten fastest vessels in the world.
All-aluminium built, this 27-metre-long motoryacht has a maximum beam of 7.2 metre and a displacement of 60 tons.
The stunning exterior design is the product of a fruitful collaboration between Vanquish Yachts in partnership with designer Guido de Groot.
Four different interior design layouts among which to choose provide accommodation for up to 10 guests. A cleverly designed acoustic insulation ensures maximum comfort. The VQ90 Veloce’ galley will be designed by top Swiss chef Rene Schudel. A panoramic hardtop with a targa sunroof and a large open deck area will give owners and guests the best setting for al fresco amenities.
Three MTU 16V 2000 engines will power this motor yacht, allowing her to reach a top speed of more than 55 knots. A less powerful version of this vessel, reaching a speed up to 40 knots, is also available.
