MZ Electronic acquires Officina Navale Nanni. O.N.N. is a company founded in 1950 in Viareggio, specialising in vertical and horizontal anchor winches, chain block guides, warping winches and deck equipment for vessels of up to 80-90 m (chain diameter 32 mm with stud links). All products can be powered electrically, hydraulically or pneumatically and are certifiable with the main international naval registers (RINA, BV, LR, RMRS, ABS, etc).

The company also has significant experience in manufacturing custom products to meet any needs arising in the yard in the design phase. Here the support of the design office is very important, with its 2-D/3-D designs, sizing, selection and positioning of deck machinery.

The main customers of O.N.N. include: Codecasa, Azimut Benetti (Viareggio and Leghorn), CBI Navi, Viareggio SuperYacht, Rossi Navi and Perini Navi.

Thanks to this acquisition O.N.N. will become part, together with ORVEA, of the ITALWINCH group, significantly broadening its offer thanks to the new products and guaranteeing our technical support and international presence. The O.N.N. production site in Viareggio will remain open, improving our service in the area.
