Sunseeker International’s luxury 100ft+ superyacht at Cannes Yachting Festival

Sunseeker International is soon showcasing the best of its production at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival. The highlight of its participation to the show will be marking the delivery of its 100th luxury performance yacht in the 100ft+ superyacht category, an achievement which signals a true coming of age for this iconic British brand.
The launch of Sunseeker’s first 100ft+ model back in the summer of 2000, the 105 Yacht, officially confirmed the yard as a superyacht builder: the 105 met with critical and customer acclaim from around the world and was the first British-built production boat to win two of the world’s most prestigious International Superyacht Design awards. This was the initial step in the brand’s progress towards becoming a major player in the superyacht sector.
Since then, Sunseeker’s 100ft+ offering has rapidly evolved and now extends from the 101 Sport Yacht to the flagship 155 Yacht, with a diverse range of options in between, producing on average around seven 100ft+ yachts every year at its manufacturing facilities in Dorset, UK. Excellence-driven, Sunseeker range constantly set new standards and benchmarks and lead the yard to its pre-eminent position in the marine market today.

Eight in total of the brand’s luxury performance motor yachts will be on display, among which the Predator 57 will be making its show debut. Visitors will be able to learn more about three new models set for launch at the beginning of 2016,  the 131 Yacht, 116 Yacht – which both have already attracted multiple forward orders from customers until 2017- and 95 Yacht.
