Turquoise unveiling new concepts at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show

turquoise_vitruvius-projectAfter successfully attending the Monaco Yacht Show, the Turkish shipyard Turquoise Yachts are showcasing their new approach and concept models to the US market at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2015.
Turquoise Yachts is a relatively young shipyard which was established in late Nineties and entered the megayacht market in 2014, after MB Holding had become a major partner: 20 megayachts by Turquoise Yachts, ranging from 40 to 77 metres, have already been completed and delivered to their owners.
Here a brief overview about three upcoming projects to be unveiled in the next days by the shipyard.

The Turquoise 47m
The Turquoise 47m is being designed and developed in partnership with H2 Yacht Design and is expected to be delivered at the end of 2016.
The exterior design has fresh, clean sharp lines, featuring a modern and yet timeless and classy style.
As for the layout, the project is aimed to provide a variety of lifestyle features that are typical on much larger yachts, such as a sizeable beach club with an extended swim platform and a foredeck cleverly arranged so to allow easy maneuvers for several tenders and toys. The sun deck will be completely dedicated to owners’ and guests’ entertainment, with a centrally located spa pool, extensive seating and a separate bar area. The main deck will host the owners’ suite, boasting extra large hull windows that will allow to enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
The interiors will be elegantly detailed in a contemporary style, with subtle and finished decorations on minimalist surfaces. A predominantly pale palette with touches of rich dark timbers will increase light indoor.

Project NB63
Inspired by 72m Vicky, which deserved awards at the International Yacht & Aviation Awards in 2013, Project NB63 is a further evolution of the previous yacht, starting from her dimension (77 metres). The exterior design is, like Vicky’s, by London based studio H2 Design and boasts an elegant profile with their distinctive swooping arch line along the side that runs around the aft of the yacht.

The Turquoise 80m
The 80m project is a collaboration with Vitruvius Yachts and features its discreet and distinctive design with balanced and well-proportioned lines. She will be the largest yacht ever built by Turquoise Yachts and she will offer  generous living space. The yacht profile is strongly streamlined, as in most of Philippe Briand’s Vitruvius family, with the impression of a transparent superstructure thanks to the use of glass in the living spaces.
Designer Philippe Briand commented the overall design of the upcoming project: “The exterior lines, clean and razor sharp, are in harmonic relationship to the interior, creating a continuity through the huge windows. The monochromatic and contemporary Interior décor creates an exclusive environment, where beauty is a consequence of balance.”
