Lionheart, a 90m superyacht by Benetti soon to be launched

2016-01-LionheartBenetti will soon launch Lionheart, its 90-metre project previously known as FB 262, at its facility in Livorno, Tuscany.
This new vessel will be the Italian shipyard’s largest yacht to date, exceeding the 86 metres of Nabila (now Kingdom 5KR), Benetti’s biggest superyacht until now, which was launched in 1980.
The yacht has been built for a loyal costumer, who had already commissioned a smaller motor yacht in 2006, once called Lionheart and now rechristened as Lioness V.

The previous 63-metre Lionheart, now Lioness V
Lioness V is a 63-metre steel-hull vessel with aluminium superstructure. She features an elegant Stefano Natucci’s exterior and interior design, and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 suites.
As for her performance, Lioness V can reach a top speed of 16 knots, with a cruising speed of 14 knots.

The new upcoming 90-metre Lionheart
The 90-metre motor yacht Lionheart as well has a displacement steel hull with aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Her luxurious interior was designed by Green & Mingarelli Design. An additional amenity is an helicopter landing pad. The new Lionheart is scheduled to be delivered to her owner in 2016.
