2016-02-Blue-Sapphire-01The Italian designer duo Ferrari & Franchi designed a new sailing yacht, the 52-metre Blue Sapphire, for the Perini Navi Award organised by Comitato Leonardo.
The vessel has a carbon fibre sloop rig with EC6 rigging, and a mast of 64.5 metres.
She can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests and a crew of eight. The owner’s suite will be impressive for its generous spaces (42.5 sqm), its two skylights, a large lounge area, studio and two bathrooms. One of the four double guest cabins may be converted into a gym according to the owners’ wishes. The stern hosts a jacuzzi with a waterfall surrounded by a double-stair connecting the main deck to the beach club.
The forward main deck hides the garage with the main tender of six metres, which can be transformed into a second cockpit. The vessel has a rich entertainment equipment, with an array of water toys and tenders, among which two Seadoo underwater scooters, two sets of waterskis, two Seabobs and diving and fishing equipment.
