Mondomarine launched their M50 superyacht Ipanema

Ipanema_MondomarineItalian shipyard Mondomarine recently launched Ipanema, their 64th yacht to date.
The latest in the M50 line, Ipanema was built on a light alloy hull and superstructure, spanning three decks and a spacious sundeck.
Milan-based studio Hot Lab Yacht & Design took care of the exterior design: the vessel’s sharp, aggressive lines, enhanced by a striking red hull, combine with a sleek transom to outline a flowing profile full of personality.
The interior design has been developed with great care for natural light: full height windows running the length of the main deck and large hull-side windows in each guest cabin and master balcony flood the interior spaces with light and allow for stunning views on the surrounding landscape.
Her interior styling is classical, with plenty of traditional architectural elements such as columns, pilasters and carved lines, friezes and different types of marble.
Ipanema accommodates in full comfort up to 10 guests across four guest cabins, each of which with an en-suite bathroom, and the master suite, which will feature a Jacuzzi tub.
Outdoor areas are larger than one might expect from most yachts this size. Large socializing areas and easy access to the water were an important focus in the design: a large fold-down swim platform and integrated stairs uncovering an aft beach club. Ipanema features a Jacuzzi pool on the sundeck and a Nikki Beach-style sunken seating area on the foredeck.
Ipanema is expected to be delivered in July 2016.
