The Versilia Yachting Rendez-vous to feature the best of the Made in Italy

versilia1The new nautical event announced by Nautica Italiana, which will be taking place in Versilia in May, is already attracting much interest from several luxury brands of the Made in Italy. Various members of Fondazione Altagamma, to which Nautica Italiana is associated, have already given their availability to collaborate to the event, including  Illy, Versace, Ferragamo, Tod’s, Valentino, Bulgari, Alberta Ferretti, Cucinelli.
Fashion and luxury brands will suggest various exclusive initiatives to entertain the attendees of the rendez-vous, which will be taking place in particular in Forte dei Marmi, whose shopping streets are characterised by the presence of all the big brands part of Fondazione Altagamma. Events related to art and design may be taking place in Pietrasanta.
Confcommercio of the provinces of Lucca and Massa Carrara welcomed the event with great support and enthousiasm, as it confirms the positive trend of the maritime sector in the local economy.
As stated by Confcommercio, “Viareggio, for its tradition and its potentialities, deserves to be among the reference destinations of the nautical industry and this great event, which will not only represent the high-end nautical sector but will also represent fashion and luxury, finds its ideal environment in a context of excellence such as Versilia.”
Confcommercio also suggested, for future editions, to associate the new event to Yare, so to create a bigger event aiming to attract all the targets of the nautical industry, lasting ten days, with a very positive outcome expected for the whole region from both the economical and the promotional point of view.
