The 49-metre Rossinavi Aurora, previously known as Longitude 47, hit the waters in Viareggio on April 1st, among five hundred balloons coloured in red, white and green.
Aurora is the latest yacht by Rossinavi, feautirng Fulvio De Simoni’s exterior styling and Achille Salvagni’s interior design. Her style was inspired by automotive design and sports cars, while retaining impressively generous interior living spaces.
“The Longitude 47 is a unique boat in its design — the large spaces available onboard are usually expected on displacement yachts with classic lines,” commented Federico Rossi from Rossinavi. “An innovative architecture allowed us to develop a sporty yacht with unusual proportions,” added Fulvio de Simoni. In his opinion, the yacht has “a unique personality and a determination to a clean and pure design”.
Large windows cut the exterior profile enhancing the sporty feel and offering panoramic views, especially in the two owner’s cabins, equipped with additional balconies. Aurora’s open layout offers amazing living spaces, across three main social areas, including a sunbathing area or beach saloon which precedes a recessed al fresco dining space.
Rossinavi Aurora will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across six staterooms, including a panoramic owner’s suite and VIP set on the main deck, each with their own private deck.
Aurora features a large garage with room enough to accommodate two tenders, two seabobs, two Jet Skis, scuba diving equipment and a wide range of water toys to complete the experience onboard.
Power comes from a pair of 3,460hp MTU 12V 4000 M93L diesel engines for a top speed of 21 knots and a maximum cruising range of 3,800 nautical miles at 12 knots.
The yacht is expected to be delivered by the end of the year.
