Two new associates join CMC Marine Team

CMC Marine Team new associatesThe Tuscan Company, for many years leader in the yachts and super yachts’ stabilizing fins industry, continues to grow. Pietro Cappiello and Alessandro Gallifuoco are now part of the company’s management team as New Strategy Implementation Manager and Sales and Aftersales Manager respectively.

CMC Marine keeps expanding its range of action. The after sales international network is now consolidated, thanks to a constant product innovation and technical and manufacturing departments strengthen. At the same time, the Company has constantly updated its internal organization, hiring highly skilled and qualified professionals and giving its associates the chance for a professional growth.

Pietro Cappiello is the new New Strategy Implementation Manager. Class 1986, graduated in Engineering at the Politecnico Milano University, where he also obtained a Master in Automation Science. In 2017 he obtained a MBA in Business Administration at Barcelona’s IESE. Prior to joining CMC Marine he has worked in the wind power industry for two prestigious Spanish companies. He will be in charge of defining the new strategies for the Company’s growth, with a focus on specific areas: Operations Strategy & Management, ERP implementation, People Management & Organization Structure.

Alessandro Gallifuoco is, instead, the new Sales and Aftersales Manager. After a first degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Naples, he then received a Master in Yacht Design at the Politecnico Milano University. His career began at Accenture, where he managed several projects ranging from re-engineering processes, planning, budgeting and profitability. Later on, he spent few years working at Southern Wind Shipyard as Head of Planning and Production Organization, before arriving in Azimut|Benetti where, for over ten years, he was in charge of the Benetti Quality and AfternSales Division, managing a team of 35 people in three Countries. He has major experiences abroad, having studied Financial Analysis for Strategy at the University of Chicago.
