German shipyard Nobiskrug has recently announced the signing of a deal for its new 77-metre superyacht project. Imperial acted as Broker for the sale and will continue as Owner’s Representative and Construction Supervisor throughout the build.

The project will be a collaboration involving world-renowned Winch Design studio and Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design. Winch Design studio will take care of the yacht’s exterior styling while Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design will design the interior spaces.

Not many details on the project have yet been unveiled, but, along with the sketches released, the yacht’s exterior has been described as dynamic, and the interior classy and elegant. The superyacht will boast a distinctive reverse bow, five imposing decks and a grand beach club & spa area.

Julia Stewart, Director of Imperial, so commented on the upcoming project: “This new superyacht is an exciting project we are impatient to start. It will be the second over 70-metre length superyacht we will build together with Nobiskrug after the magnificent Project 783 delivered in 2012, and this project is calling many others to be developed. We are delighted to initiate new strong and successful collaborations with Andrew Winch and Sinot Design, making this new 77-metre Nobiskrug superyacht an outstanding vessel at her delivery and most certainly a class of her own.”

“With the two remarkable teams of designers and an experienced superyacht management company, we are truly excited to realize this bespoke project,” says Holger Kahl, Managing Director of Nobiskrug.

The new 77-metre superyacht will be built under the new Tier 3 regulations and the very new Red Ensign Group Yacht Code Part A. Her completion is scheduled for spring 2021.
