Sale of vessel model Uniesse 42’ Fly “Naki”
The judicial liquidator Dr. Sergio Almici is proceeding with the sale of a vessel model Uniesse 42’ Fly “Naki” the survey available on the site of public sales and also on: www.asteannunci.it; www.astalegale.net; www.astegiudiziarie.it.
The vessel is located in a yard in Sanremo (Im) and is sold without guarantee or EC certification. Any offers to participate in the auction, with a deposit of 10% of the sum of the sum offered, must reach the judicial liquidator by midday on March 8, 2021. If there is more than one offer, at 2 PM on March 9, 2021 the liquidator will hold an informal auction in his studio in Lovere (BG), Piazza 13 Martiri n° 8.
