LALIZAS successfully acquires Revere Survival

LALIZAS is excited to announce the successful acquisition of Revere Survival, a leading US-based manufacturer and distributor of liferafts and premium survival equipment for recreational and commercial markets. This strategic move represents a significant milestone in LALIZAS’ journey of continued growth and expansion in North America.

#thelalizasforce has established a strong presence in the US market since 2018 with the acquisition of LALIZAS/ALEXANDER in Houston, TX & Houma, LA (formerly Alexander/Ryan Marine & Safety). By seizing opportunities for growth, LALIZAS has further expanded its offerings on the continent.

The acquisition of Revere Survival in Jacksonville, FL will enhance LALIZAS’ footprint in the US market, leveraging the resources and expertise gained from Revere. Alliance Marine, the former owner of Revere, facilitated smooth communication during the transition period, aligning with their focus on the European market.

Alistair Hackett, Managing Director of Ocean Safety, highlighted the positive relationship with Revere and affirmed continued support for product servicing in the US.

The integration process prioritizes a seamless transition for employees, suppliers, and customers, focusing on maintaining high standards of quality and service.

LALIZAS, founded by Mr. Stavros Lalizas in 1982, remains a family-owned business committed to continuous growth. This acquisition underscores LALIZAS’ ability to transform acquired companies into successful and profitable businesses.
