Diadef Magnetic combines a hydrocyclonic action and a magnetic action to ensure maximum effectiveness in removing debris and particles suspended in the fluid.
The Diadef Magnetic defanger generates a controlled turbulence zone: the geometry within it laminates the fluid so that individual impurities, heavier than water, are pushed by centrifugal force against the walls of the defanger to be slowed down. The impurities then exit the turbulence zone and easily descend into the collection sump.
The purified fluid exits the defanger through a forced passageway that also promotes the separation of any air bubbles that will collect in the appropriate discharge sleeve.
Periodic opening of the purge tap allows the sump to be emptied of impurities.
To facilitate the retention of any ferromagnetic and paramagnetic particles, a powerful N52 Neodymium magnet is inserted inside the defudger, thus safeguarding pumps and exchangers.
Diadef Magnetic is available with threaded connections from 1” up to 2” and with flanged connections from DN65 to DN100. Insulation is available for the entire range.
This solution is ideal for those looking for advanced magnetic defanger technology in the field of thermal power plant fluid purification and magnetic particles removal, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency in the treatment of industrial fluids.
