SIRN and Pyrotek NC: Where marine comfort meets Engineering excellence.

Since 1969, SIRN has been a specialised company in the field of Thermo Acoustic Solutions for the marine industry. Today, the company is proud to announce its cooperation in Italy with Pyrotek NC.

Thanks to this partnership, SIRN is now able to expand its traditional portfolio with a comprehensive range of Pyrotek products, developed to meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and customer expectations. These innovative solutions are specifically designed to enhance Onboard Comfort while delivering superior acoustic and thermal performance.

Development, production and testing

All Pyrotek NC solutions are manufactured in the Czech Republic under the strictest quality control procedures.

Every product undergoes extensive internal testing as well as certification through independent external laboratories, ensuring outstanding performance, reliability and durability. The product range has been developed to provide effective Marine Noise Reduction and long-term operational efficiency.

The entire portfolio has been created with a strong focus on environmental sustainability and onboard safety, both during vessel construction and throughout the operational lifetime of the ship, guaranteeing comfort and protection for operators, crew and guests alike.

Thanks to the wide variety of Pyrotek solutions, SIRN is able to introduce a new level of Onboard Comfort and performance, helping shipyards and yacht builders achieve superior acoustic environments through advanced Marine Acoustic Insulation technologies.

MED-certified products

With its advanced solutions, SIRN can approach every project starting from the specific needs of the customer and provide the most effective Thermo Acoustic Solutions for each application.

Among the MED-certified products in the portfolio, the company is proud to present:

DECICOAT T35

A water-based anti-condensation coating capable of solving one of the most common marine issues with only a 2 mm application thickness. Lightweight, efficient and easy to apply, it contributes to improved Onboard Comfort and vessel protection.

DECIDAMP SP150

A cement-based damping coating specifically developed to reduce structural vibrations, significantly improving onboard acoustic comfort and Vibration Control. This solution is particularly effective in applications where vibration damping and Marine Noise Reduction are critical requirements.

CLA / CLS Tiles

Innovative vibration-reduction tiles designed to minimise structural vibrations. Available with pre-installed viscoelastic material on aluminium or steel plates, they are supplied with a prepared adhesive layer, allowing fast and easy installation on virtually any surface without the need for special tools. Their design offers excellent Vibration Control while supporting long-term structural performance.

SORBERBARRIER MLDS AGC

A high-performance flexible acoustic panel composed of two melamine foam layers combined with an internal WAVEBAR mass barrier. This advanced solution provides excellent sound absorption and transmission loss while remaining extremely lightweight thanks to the ultra-low-density melamine foam (only 9 kg/m³).

The panel is fire-retardant, heat-reflective, easy to install, and finished with an aluminium glass-cloth facing for enhanced durability and performance. It represents a cutting-edge Marine Acoustic Insulation solution for vessels requiring high levels of acoustic performance, safety and Onboard Comfort.
