After a very successful debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival, Gulf Craft also displayed its Majesty 155 and Majesty 110 superyachts at the Monaco Yacht Show.
Mohammed Alshaali, Chairman and Erwin Bamps, CEO of Gulf Craft held a press conference on board Gulf Craft‘s flagship superyacht, Majesty 155, to announce exciting news for the Middle Eastern shipyard.
Gulf Craft revealed it is to start production of larger yachts and to enter the market of megayachts above 50 metres: such piece of news came with the unveiling of two new superyacht concepts, ready for construction upon order.
New 50m+ concepts
The new Majesty 200 and Majesty 175, respectively a 61-metre and a 53-metre concepts, are to be built using composite materials, in the use of which the shipyard has a proven expertise. The models will feature luxurious interior spaces, generous outdoor decks and retractable helipads: the layout and final design are kept open and will be fully customisable by the clients.
Mohammed AlShaali commented: “Our aim is to continue redefining superyacht production using advanced composites to a size once thought impossible, all the while creating bespoke cruising experiences for our customers. Our ceaseless determination has led to this very moment, one where research and development meet megayacht design.”

Majesty 155
The 47-metre Majesty 155 has been built with the same technology as in the A380 aircraft, and she features a GRP (glass-reinforced plastic) hull. Correctly applied, GRP offers great build flexibility, is virtually stress-proof, and does not suffer from fatigue. This innovative hull design allows for low fuel consumption, long-range capability, and comfort.
The vessel was tank-tested in Italy, and her performance has been above all expectations: easy to handle, stable and quiet, leaving minimum wakes behind.
