At METSTRADE 2025 in Amsterdam, visitors to the Elesa+Ganter B.V. stand (No. 12.637) will have the opportunity to explore marine components and innovative boat accessories developed for all types of vessels. Elesa components are designed to meet the challenges of the nautical sector, combining cutting-edge materials, ergonomics, and unmistakable design.

The sea’s demanding environment requires the highest standards of corrosion resistance, durability, and operational safety: needs that Elesa meets with a comprehensive and specialized range of marine hardware designed for boats and onboard systems.

Advanced Technopolymers and Stainless Steel

Elesa’s components for the marine industry include:

INOX – STAINLESS STEEL Line, made from technopolymer with stainless steel inserts or entirely in AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel. Designed to guarantee maximum corrosion resistance, this line is ideal for use in extreme environments where materials must withstand rust, salt, seawater, humidity, and chemical agents. Components made entirely of technopolymer offer a reliable alternative, ensuring long-lasting performance, low maintenance, and excellent compatibility with sensitive environments, even in the presence of chemicals or moisture.

CHROMIUM Line, featuring chrome-plated surfaces highly resistant to acetone, seawater, formic acid, ethyl alcohol, detergents, and chlorine-based solutions. This range is designed for equipment exposed to outdoor conditions, harsh weather, and frequent cleaning cycles, ensuring the best corrosion resistant components for marine use.

Chromium line

CLEAN Line, in white RAL 9002 with stainless steel inserts and easy-to-clean surfaces. Ideal for environments where hygiene, aesthetics, and resistance to atmospheric agents are essential. Its compact design and absence of cavities help prevent the buildup of salt, dust, and residues, ensuring long-lasting performance even in challenging marine conditions.

AE-V0 Line, made from a special self-extinguishing technopolymer certified V0 according to UL-94 V (Underwriters Laboratories) standards. Ideal for use in public or high-risk environments where flame resistance is critical, it is suitable for marine applications such as passenger areas, engine rooms, and control panels, where compliance with fire safety regulations is essential.
