A Zero Gravity il Lotus Prize 2012

Poli.design insieme alla Direzione del Master in Yacht Design segnalano che il progetto “ZERO GRAVITY”  di Angela Petitto e Aldo Bruno si è classificato secondo al Concorso “Lotus Prize 2012”. Un progetto ideato e sviluppato all’interno del workshop di “Imbarcazioni a vela” a cura del Prof. Andrea Valicelli, nell’ambito del Master in Yacht Design, e ha come tema l’ideazione e la progettazione di un’imbarcazione a vela da 24m in produzione one-off. Ultime settimane per iscriversi alla XII Edizione del Master in Yacht Design. Un Master del Politecnico di Milano congiunto con l’Università di Genova e gestito in collaborazione con POLI.design, Consorzio del Politecnico di Milano.

L’inizio delle lezioni è previsto per Marzo 2013.

Arrivato alla sua 12a Edizione il Master vanta collaborazioni ormai storiche con alcune tra le associazioni  più importanti del settore, quali: UCINA, A.SPRO.NA.DI, AssoCompositi, ATENA e FIV ed aziende trasversalmente legate al settore della nautica, tra queste: 3M; Airtech; Amorim; Bellotti; Cariboni; DSM; Face; Euroresins; Gottifredi Maffioli; Harken; Hunstman-Mascherpa; Nautivela; North Sails; OCV Reinforcements; Scuola di Vela di Santa Teresa; Seldèn; Skiffsailing; Sika e Viadana.

The Romanian boating industry is undergoing a gradual transformation, driven by investments in infrastructure, marina development and growing interest in recreational boating and sailing activities. While historically yachting in Romania was considered a niche sector with limited accessibility, the market is now evolving into one of the emerging areas of the Black Sea yachting industry.

A sector undergoing modernisation

Yachting in Romania, which is mainly concentrated around Constanta and other Black Sea resorts, is likely to grow in the future. At present, yachting is mainly seen as a sporting discipline, but the evolution of Nautical Tourism and the increasing interest in Yachting Romania suggest a broader development.
