MondoMarine Launches First SF40 (2)The first unit in the new MondoMarine SF40 line, a yacht called Serenity, has been launched during the company’s 100th year celebrations.
The new yacht is looking to keep the indoor-outdoor connection with large panes of glass as well as plenty areas on each deck exterior to sit and lounge. One of these sun-lounging areas flanks a glass fronted-jacuzzi on the aft upper deck. The bulwarks surrounding the exterior decks of the main saloon have fold-down balconies which would further aid the views outward from the saloon. The semi-displacement yacht features an unusual layout for the owner’s suite which is on two semi-levels. The uppermost portion has an open view forward and is fully visible from outdoors. The lower portion is hidden from outer view, with light coming from the top and from the sides. There is accommodation for guests on the lower deck with four sizable cabins.
Serenity is expected to be showcased at the 2015 Monaco Yacht Show.
