The 35m catamaran Spirit by New Zeland Yachts sold

SpiritThe 35-metre catamaran Spirit built by New Zealand Yachts in 2004 (refitted in 2007/08) has been sold.
She features naval architecture from Bakewell-White Yacht Design, whilst Ken Freivokh Design undertook both her interior and exterior design.
The sleek and strong exterior lines wrap around generous interior spaces. The salon and dining are open plan; to port there is a relaxing spacious lounge, while to starboard, is a formal dining area. Above the main deck, there is the pilot house forward, followed by the luxurious full beam master cabin aft, with double bed, private lounge, study, en-suite facilities and ample private deck with seating.
She also offers ample exterior living areas. On the main deck there is a spacious aft deck featuring seating and an alfresco dining option. Further aft, as the transom lowers, a generous beach and swim platform is created. The upper deck wraps around the yacht from the master stateroom forward to a large foredeck, with 2 more alfresco dining areas, easily convertible into sun pads.
Spirit 35 has comfortable accommodation for 10 guests, with a master stateroom and 4 more guest staterooms, all with en-suite. The master stateroom is on the upper deck, aft of the pilot house and full beam of the yacht, boasting a double bed, lounge, study, en-suite facilities and private access to the aft upper deck. All 5 cabins feature individual design, in a contemporary inviting ambiance. A crew of nine are also accommodated for.
Tenders and toys onboard include a 9.50m White Shark, Chase boat, 2x 250 HP outboards, 5m SemiRib Tender 40 hp, Wake board, Kneeboard, 2 x sets of Adult Ski’s, 1 x set of Kid’s Ski’s, 2 x there man Jobe, inflatable towing tubes, Snorkelling equipment. Audio Visual Equipment and Deck Facilities include State-of-the-art audio-visual equipment throughout include flat-screens and DVDs in guest cabins.
The yacht is powered by 2 x Caterpillar 3412E engines, capable exhilarating speeds of 18 – 24 knots.
