Benetti Mediterraneo 116Benetti has recently announced the sale of BM004, the fourth unit of the Mediterraneo 116 model from the Class Displacement range. The sale was carried out through the brand’s branch Benetti Asia, with the support of a local broker.

The new Mediterraneo 116 has been sold to her enthusiast owner, an Asian businessman at his first collaboration with the shipyard; the contract has been signed in mid July, following several meetings with the Benetti Asia Team and the brokerage house involved in the project.

With delivery planned in March 2019, the 35.5-metre yacht features exteriors lines designed by Giorgio M. Cassetta Design, while the interior design will be entirely customised according to the owner’s wishes.

Like her other three sister vessels, the BM004 can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests on board, across her 4 VIP cabins located in the lower deck and the full-beam master suite located on the main deck. Great luminosity and generous spaces characterise the yacht, thanks to her superstructure design and a smart layout arrangement. There are plenty of possibilities for customisation also in the outdoor areas, especially for the upper deck where the wide and highly versatile foredeck area is fully customisable, even though the standard layout places a swimming pool.

Christos Ramnialis, Benetti General Manager, commented: “We are very excited with commission of BM004 to be a new addition to our Asia fleet. With the emerging popularity of superyacht in Asia, we are very confident to have more achievement in this market.”

The BM004 Mediterraneo 116’ will be operating in the Mediterranean area for her first season, then she will be based in Hong Kong.
