Fourth Mangusta 110

Fourth Mangusta 110Just a few weeks after the last sales announcement, the Italian yard Overmarine has announced the sale of its fifth yacht in 2017, the fourth hull of the Maxi Open Mangusta 110, to a European owner.

The 33.8-metre superyacht’s main focus is performance in every possible sense. Featuring sporty lines and timeless contemporary style, the Mangusta 110 offers great performance in terms of speed: her MTU 16V2000 M96L engines allow for an impressive top speed of over 33 knots.

In terms of onboard comfort, this model cruises elegantly with no vibrations and noise, thanks to her waterjet propulsion. The presence of a gyroscopic stabilisation system allows reducing pitches and rolls, optimising comfort either while at anchor and while cruising, even in storms. Large volumes on board enhance the feeling of spaciousness and comfort, with great balance between indoor and outdoor spaces.

In terms of functionality, her reduced draft of only 1.7 metres allows for cruising in shallow waters. She can be easily manoeuvred through joystick and is equipped with dynamic positioning, allowing the vessel to remain in a specific GPS position without being affected by the tide, wind and current.

As for the yacht’s interior design and styling, it will be fully customisable to match the owner’s wishes, as with most of Mangusta yachts. The client for this fourth Mangusta 110 required for the famous Netherland-based designer Piet Boon to develop the interior spaces in collaboration with the in-house Design & Decoration Office. The yacht is expected for delivery in 2019.
