The trolling boat engine Ghost of Lowrance won the DAME Design Award 2019

boat fishing engineThe trolling motor Ghost of Lowrance has been awarded as co-winner of the DAME Design Award, in “Machinery, propulsion systems, mechanical and electrical systems and accesories” category. “This reward is an evidence of the great work that all the team has done behind the scenes to launch this innovative product on the market” said Julian Harvie, brand manager of Lowrance.

Reliable, strong and built to last, the new super silent engine for the trolling fishing of Lowrance has a brushless motor to achieve the best push and has one of the longest functioning time of the trolling engine’s market. Other advantages are an integrated echo sounder option, a waypoint mooring and a three-year warranty.
The reliability, power, efficience and silent performances are combined into the Ghost engine to satisfy all the fishermen needs.

The DAME Design Award is the third award that Ghost has won since its launch on July: it has also won the gold prize at the Best Design Awards in New Zeland and the Best in Show, for the “new products exposition” at the Northern Wholesale Marine Show, Minnesota, USA.
