The Italian Sea Group Young Award

The 26th of October The Italian Sea Group has assigned the first “The Italian Sea Group Young Awards,” a prize set up by the Company for young employees under 30.

This important recognition will be delivered on a quarterly basis by Giovanni Costantino –
Founder & CEO of TISG to the young employees who stood out for passion, dedication,
acquired competences, abilities, and performance.

The prize is awarded based on the candidates’ evaluations provided by the Directors of the
individual Departments, who give reasons for their choice by providing objective elements useful for the evaluation of the committee in charge.

The winner of 2022 Award

In this first edition of “The Italian Sea Group Young Awards,” the award has been given to the Engineer Luca Falcinelli, 29 years old, who has been working in the Production Department since September 2019.

Luca Falcinelli stood out for his commitment, perseverance, and professionalism, demonstrating strong leadership and coordination in a team of young people, achieving all the assigned objectives.

Our employees, especially young people, have always been at the heart of the Group’s development strategy, and it is on the basis of these considerations that we decided to launch ‘The Italian Sea Group Young Awards,” commented Giovanni Costantino.

“Personal gratification is particularly important to support and stimulate commitment and the desire for growth. Young people represent the future, and it is essential to give them
the right motivation and a growth model based on trust, independence and continuous professional development”.

“The Italian Sea Group Young Awards” adds to the investment plan in all-encompassing sustainability and training that the Group pursues for years.

With this in mind, and after the success of the past editions of training courses in collaboration with the University of Trieste, Napoli and Promostudi of La Spezia University, in September new technical upgrade paths specific for young collaborators started again at TISG’s Academy.
