With the aim of further consolidating the omnichannel offer of Gruppo editoriale Tecniche Nuove SpA (Italian publishing Group), the acquisition of 100% of Mazzmedia srl capital was finalized from majority partner Francesco Fiori and Samuele Marazzita, Tommaso Dozio, Federico Anelli.
Mazzmedia is a digital agency, specialized in the conception and development of multichannel communication projects; a reality capable of responding quickly to clients’ requests and needs through digital strategy, creativity, technological development and digital marketing.
Channel mix planning, strategic cross-media campaigns, research and market analysis are the basis of the Mazzmedia team’s work.
Post-acquisition roles
The new corporate asset confirmed CEO Francesco Fiori, Sales Director Tomaso Dozio, Head of UX Designer Samuele Marazzita and Head of Technology Federico Anelli at the helm.
