Tecniche Nuove: MazzMedia acquisition

With the aim of further consolidating the omnichannel offer of Gruppo editoriale Tecniche Nuove SpA (Italian publishing Group), the acquisition of 100% of Mazzmedia srl capital was finalized from majority partner Francesco Fiori and Samuele Marazzita, Tommaso Dozio, Federico Anelli.

Mazzmedia is a digital agency, specialized in the conception and development of multichannel communication projects; a reality capable of responding quickly to clients’ requests and needs through digital strategy, creativity, technological development and digital marketing.

Channel mix planning, strategic cross-media campaigns, research and market analysis are the basis of the Mazzmedia team’s work.

This important acquisition follows a long-standing strategy of growth by external lines and completes our group’s positioning as a leader in B2B multichannel communication offerings. The confirmation of the Management Group that has made Mazzmedia a first-rate structure among web agencies is a sign of continuity of management and will allow us to develop new services, including AI-based ones, in the publishing and communication sector for businesses and professional segments that are in the Group’s portfolio.

Post-acquisition roles

The new corporate asset confirmed CEO Francesco Fiori, Sales Director Tomaso Dozio, Head of UX Designer Samuele Marazzita and Head of Technology Federico Anelli at the helm.

Advising on all phases of the acquisition for Mazzmedia were the firm BonelliErede, for Tecniche Nuove the advisor Davide Maggi and the firm Talea in the persons of lawyer Enrico Del Sasso and Dr. Sergio Pellone.
