Vanzetti Engineering: leading solutions for marine applications

Vanzetti Engineering offers a comprehensive range of products tailored for the marine industry, including the ARTIKA submersible pump series and the VT-3 high pressure skids.

Artika submersible pumps

The ARTIKA pumps serve as both cargo pumps (ARTIKA 230-300-400) and booster pumps (ARTIKA 120-160), with the latter being the most widely used variant. They handle flow rates ranging from approximately 10 to 300 lpm and differential pressures from 4 to 15 bar. These pumps are crucial for transferring LNG from cryogenic tanks, essential for marine applications.

VT-3 High Pressure Skids

VT-3 high-pressure skids are designed to elevate LNG pressure to 300-330 bar, specifically for ships equipped with high-pressure engines such as MAN ME-GIs. They manage flow rates from 20 to 150 lpm, ensuring efficient operations in demanding maritime environments.

Recently, Vanzetti Engineering secured a significant project involving the supply of 60 ARTIKA 160 pumps and 20 VT-3 Triplex HP skids for installation on two series of 10 Neo-Panamax class container ships.

New Developments: ESK-IMO Series

The company has introduced the ESK-IMO series, which features extractable submersible pumps designed as emergency pumps onboard ships. These pumps facilitate the emergency emptying of tanks by inserting them into dedicated columns.

Drawing on expertise from the air gases market, Vanzetti Engineering is developing LCO2 cryogenic pumps for onboard CO2 capture, reflecting ongoing innovation and commitment to advancing marine technologies.
