Vetus’ offer

Some of the company’s most popular products include:

  • Bow Pro Thrusters: they enhance docking confidence by providing superior manoeuvrability and allow precise control over the boat’s bow and stern, even in challenging conditions, ensuring smooth and accurate positioning.
  • E-DRIVES: this electric boating technology offers the tranquility of sailing with the agility of motorized propulsion. Compact and versatile, they are ideal for both new installations and retrofits. They are zero-emission and use the V-CAN bus control system, adhering to current standards and environmental regulations.
  • Maxwell Anchoring Systems: their innovations include vertical and horizontal windlasses and the Wave Design chainwheel, which secures the line better and extends the lifespan of the rope-chain.

Elements of Technological Innovation

Vetus takes pride in its own technological advancements, with most of the 4,000+ products being engineered in-house. The electric propulsion systems are developed with ease of installation in mind: they feature compact designs and come with adjustable mounting brackets that simplify refitting. These brackets can be adjusted in height, length, and angle, allowing E-DRIVES to be easily adapted to almost any existing engine foundation.

The E-DRIVES offer excellent value with 3 operational modes: NORMAL, ECO, and POWER. In ECO mode, the E-DRIVE’s power is limited to maximize cruising range. In POWER mode, you get peak performance, achieving up to 13.3 kW at 1,600 RPM for swift maneuvers.
