Aquarius, the latest 92-metre superyacht by Feadship, has been launched at the yard’s facilities in Aalsmeer. The vessel is fully custom and was designed together with an experienced yacht owner.
Aquarius features a contemporary exterior design, without forgetting the classical elements characterizing Feadship’s yachts, such as a conventional bow and raked superstructure shape.
Both the exterior and interior design are by Dutch-based Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design, while the owner’s personal design team cooperated with Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects.
Plenty of natural light fill the interior spaces through the ceilings and great use of glass in the superstructure, and a comprehensive and energy-conscious LED lighting system enhances a bright atmosphere. Aquarius elegantly displays some art pieces coming from the owner’s private collection. Alongside with the owner’s passion for the arts, his newly launched vessel perfectly reflects his expertise in the hospitality high-end hotel sectors, especially in the galleys, pantries and crew service areas carefully optimised. The accommodation on board is also the result of the owner’s experience in the luxury sector.
Aquarius is powered by the usual package of refined propulsion systems offered by Feadship, hopefully allowing for the most silent cruising ever seen on a Feadship vessel.
