Pearl 95 Under ConstructionPearl Yachts is currently building the first hull of its largest model to date, the 30 metre motoryacht Pearl 95.
The previous model Pearl 75 was acclaimed worldwide, after being named as the best Motor Yacht under 25 metres at the 2013 International Yacht & Aviation Awards, and also after being awarded the ‘Highly Acclaimed’ award in the ‘over 55’ flybridge’ category at the Motorboat and Yachting awards. The Pearl 95 is claimed to be as innovative and groundbreaking as its smaller sister, while also being more spacious and luxurious.
The success of Pearl 75 and 65 convinced Pearl Yachts to continue the fruitful collaboration with Bill Dixon, who took care of naval architechture, and Kelly Hoppen, who was responsible of the elegant interior: the next flagship model promises to be as stunning as the past ones.
The interior offers generous spaces and a highly-luxury environment thanks to Kelly Hoppen’s sensible space planning and matured design. Full floor-to-ceiling windows in the main saloon will provide owners and guests with unparalleled views outward especially with the notched-out bulwark on both sides of the deck.
Guests will be comfortably accommodated in a four or five cabin layout for up to ten guests and a crew of five. The owner will have a full beam suite forward on the main deck while the other cabins are below deck.
The flybridge is a spacious outdoor area with a hardtop fitted with a marine-grade fabric that can draw back or close to fully shade. The secondary helm station is located in the same deck, equipped with a Jacuzzi, sunbed and open aft deck space with a glass floor with a view below to the aft main deck.
The Pearl 95 is estimated to reach a top speed of 30-knots using the more powerful engine option of 2 x MTU M94 2600hp. The standard version utilizes twin CAT C32 1,925 hp for a top speed of 26-knots. Both options, combined with the clever naval architecture, allow for the best seakeeping and performance.
Iain Smallridge, Managing Director of Pearl Yachts, so comments upon the upcoming yacht: “Thanks to Bill Dixon’s uncompromising approach to design and performance the vessel features several world-firsts for its class. It promises to not only be truly spectacular but also the best value 30m yacht in the world thanks to our competitive pricing.”
The first hull of Pearl 95 is expected to be completed in the spring of 2017.
