Time, a 66-metre explorer yacht concept to be unveiled in Monaco

A new 66-metre explorer yacht concept named “Time” will be presented at the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show. The design has been carried out by Henry Ward Design, while BMT Nigel Gee is responsible for a feasibility study for the naval architecture.
One of the most remarkable features of this seven-deck explorer yacht is an 18-metre floating lodge, docked within the aft end of the vessel and designed to blend in as part of the superstructure. The lodge can be launched as an independent base for expeditions in shallow waters. When moored, the aft section of the lodge can fold down for direct access to the water. When the lodge is not docked, a large protected pool is revealed, with the aft topsides of the yacht folding down to maximize available space.
Time accommodates guests across a full beam owner’s suite and three VIP cabins on the main deck. The main living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and views through the glass-walled swimming pool.
Outdoor spaces include a sky deck at 15 metres above sea level, providing stunning ocean views, and a sundeck from where the sky deck is directly accessed. Right below the sundeck, a wellness area features a gym, massage room and sauna, and a bar area leading out to a terrace with hot tub and views forward over the bow. A 8m swimming pool is accompanied by an inverted climbing wall on its aft face. When not in use, the pool can be covered to enlarge the alfresco dining area.
A toy store and tender garage hosts two 8.5-metre tenders.
Time hosts onboard also a four-passenger unmanned vehicle to get back to the mothership efficiently, fly in supplies while on longer expeditions, or reach different destinations. The drone will take care of all the piloting and navigation autonomously.
Time is powered by a twin azimuthing drive system with a total power of 3000kW that allows for a cruising speed of 15 knots, and a range of more than 5000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
