A new 56-metre superyacht project in build at Heesen Yachts

heesen-56m-superyacht-inbuildThe keel of a new 56-metre luxury yacht, known as project YN 18556, has been laid at Heesen Yacht’s facilities in Oss, the Netherlands, on January 19th. The first phase of construction has been completed, ahead of a long and careful development before the yacht can be sent to the water. About the construction update, Peter Brown from Burgess Yachts , the Owner’s representative of YN 18556, commented that the keel has been “well and truly laid.”
The delivery of the new yacht in build, a fast-displacement, steel-hulled vessel, is expected in 2019.
Heesen Yachts Board of Directors said: “We are truly honoured that the Owner chose our shipyard to build his full custom yacht. This will be another splendid addition to our fast-growing fleet and we are very excited that today this incredible project started taking shape!”.
