Eurocraft 46-metre explorer yacht project unveiled

The Italian shipyard Eurocraft has recently unveiled details on its latest 46-metre explorer yacht project. The vessel is product of a collaboration between Eurocraft and yacht designer Federico Fiorentino.

She features an ice-class hull which makes her expedition-ready, and her aggressive exterior styling draws a powerful adventurer type which stands out among the more conservative superyachts cruising in the Mediterranean.

Fiorentino included many distinctive touches on the exterior, such as high, protective bulwarks and a vertical bow with a large rub-rail around the front similar to the bow of a tugboat.
The gray-blue hull with black and chrome accents hides a generous, bright interior featuring an open saloon and a formal dining area.

Several open deck spaces are designed to host social events or to house water-toys and tenders. The sundeck has a bar, spa pool, and shaded seating areas. The aft deck just below features a convertible helipad that can turn into a sunbathing area.

Accommodation is provided for up to 10 guests across five cabins, including the owner suite located on the main deck and VIP on the deck below. There are also quarters for nine crew.

The Eurocraft’s full-displacement hull has a transoceanic range. Eurocraft can adapt the propulsion to a hybrid battery/electric system that will cut running costs and emissions.
