The new ECO Proportional Series by MAX POWER was launched at METSTRADE 2023, the global meeting place for all professionals involved in leisure marine industry.

MAX POWER official distributors had the opportunity to be the first to take a close look at the new series, which was the highlight of the Lofrans’ & MAX POWER Convention 2023.

This new series is characterised by an AC Brushless electric motor, for an eco-friendlier approach resulting from reduced power consumption. It consists of three models, based on their thrust: ECO Pro 90, ECO Pro 110 & ECO Pro 130, suitable for boats from 28’ to 60’ length.

Offering more than 95% efficiency means that the motor does not generate heat, so the temperature is almost stable and the motor can work for a long period of time, as long as your batteries last.

In addition, these thrusters are brushless; this means that they do not generate dust and there is no need for maintenance. Being 100% proportional, the new series of MAX POWER ECO Pro Thrusters can produce the exact amount of thrust that the user may need from 0 to 100%, offering smooth proportional control of the thruster and boat maneuvering.

It is significant to note that the new ECO Pro thrusters are 30% to 40% more compact compared with the respective conventional DC thrusters.

A mobile application is also available by MAX POWER so that the user can fully monitor the battery voltage of the thruster, the motor temperature, the motor speed, the percentage of the thrust the boat produces and the consumption that the thruster generates.

Each model comes with a proportional joystick for precise accuracy, 10m of CAN cable, as well as instructions for the mobile application.
