Sanlorenzo’s 64-metre flagship superyacht under construction

SanlorenzoSanlorenzo’s largest superyacht to date has been sold and is currently being built. The 64-metre yacht which is being assembled will have an overall interior volume of 1,500 gross tonnes.
Her elegant and sleek exterior styling is by Officina Italiana Design. Sunlorenzo’s hull number 140 will feature either six or seven guest cabins, with crew accommodation across nine additional cabins.
The new flagship yacht will be fitted out with either twin 2,375hp CAT 3516C engines or twin MTU 16V 4000 M63 engines, which will allow for an estimated top speed of 17 knots. Her delivery is scheduled for 2019.
Construction is taking place in Sanlorenzo’s new facility in La Spezia, which will be dedicated to the build of yachts ranging from 40 to 80 metres. Other projects currently under construction at Sanlorenzo’s La Spezia facility include two 46-metre explorer yachts from the 460EXP series and two new 52-metre steel hulls, due to launch before the end of the year.
