Cantieri Estensi_535 MaineAttending its first edition of Cannes Yachting Festival after the change of ownership, Cantieri Estensi presents a comprehensive image makeover and new management, and, above all, it will debut two brand new models: the 535 Maine and the 545 GS, both launched during summer 2016.
The new 535 Maine is a 17-meter trawler revisiting one of the shipyard historical bestseller, the 530 Maine.
Excellent liveability and conviviality were the main focus of the project, and common living spaces include an outdoor dinette on the aft cockpit and a wide flybridge, designed to provide comfort and relaxation to its guests at any time of the day, whatever the weather. Below deck, the two guest cabins feature large side windows, the same for the master cabin, complete with a walk-in closet. The two Volvo Penta D6-435 diesel engines provide a maximum speed of 25 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, with an autonomy of 1.000 nautical miles at 8-9 knots.
Inspired by traditional lobster boats, the 17-meter Goldstar 545 retains all their distinctive style features, from the shape of the superstructure to the elegant varieties of wood used for the deck.
For both models, Cantieri Estensi collaborated with Zuccheri Yacht Design to provide two different layouts solutions among which to choose. The technical partnership with Volvo Penta brings all the benefits of electronic navigation aids to both yachts, while the innovative technology fitted onboard ensures that both cruising and stopovers are safe, comfortable and entertaining.
At the Cannes Yachting Festival, visits on board 535 Maine and 545 Goldstar and sea trials will be available for both press and public. Cantieri Estensi will be at the Yachting Cannes Festival – stand n. PAN 034.
