Barracuda, the latest 74-metre superyacht project by Turquoise Yachts

turquoise-yachts-barracudaThe latest project by Turquoise Yachts, the 74-metre Barracuda, is currently under construction at the Turkish yard, and it is expected to be completed by 2019.
Barracuda, which has been design on the same platform as Turquoise’s previous successful 70-metre models Talisman C and Vicky, is another product of the collaboration with H2 Yacht Design Studio, which carried out the exterior design of the superyacht. The exterior styling features the same masculine and timeless lines as Talisman C, while the innovative layout is similar to the one of the 74-metre Vicky.
Ken Freivokh is responsible of the interior design: each area has been conceived to be practical and spacious. The interior highlights include a saloon-dining room opening to the aft terrace and a private cinema. The vessel also features a full beam sky lounge and bar, a beach club, steam room, massage room and an indoor-outdoor gym. Barracuda has a clear design focus on integrating the decks: here’s why a triple height atrium has been located amidships, to allow guests to circulate between all decks with an elegant spiral staircase, and to flood the interior with natural light coming from above.
Up to 16 guests will be comfortably accommodated across a generous owner’s suite, two VIP staterooms and four additional guest cabins. A crew of 18 will also be accommodated onboard in one captain’s cabin, six double crew cabins, four single crew cabins and a room which can be fitted as a crew-office.
