Ucina and Nautica Italiana not reaching an agreement

Share:

Boat Show in GenoaThe Undersecretary General of the Ministry of the Economic Development Ivan Scalfarotto, after the last two-and-a-half-hour meeting held in Milan between Ucina and Nautica Italiana, gave 24 hours to the two associations in order to find an agreement. The Government would have granted funding both to the Genoa Boat Show organised by Ucina and to the Versilia Yacht Rendes-vous strongly wanted by Nautica Italiana, if the two associations had agreed to collaborate: after the given 24 hours, no agreement had been found between Ucina and Nautica Italiana, and the Government is not going to fund any of the two events. Fiera di Genova is willing to collaborate with the Ministry of the Economic Development in order to organise the upcoming edition of the Genoa Boat Show as it had been organised from 1962 to 2013.
