nautical newsMiSE just disposed the re-opening of the nautical sales network included into the Ateco code 47.64.2 (retail business of vessel and accessories), with the signature of Stefano Patuanelli, Minister of Economic Development.

Once again the data, analysis and projection provision turn out to be the actual instrument for strenghten the exchange with the Government, finding a technical agreement with the offices of the General Direction of the Ministry of Economic Development. And it’s with the same approach that we’re working with the Undersecretary [Ing. Alessandra] Todde, about charter and recreational boat activities” said the President of Confindustria Nautica, Saverio Cecchi.

The reopening way

The previous decree in effect on 26th April 2020, allowed only the re-opening of cars and motorcycle showroom, along with the production of means of transport, while the relaunch of the shipyard wasn’t included.

But the activities are very similar in process and point of sales spaces, so Confindustria Nautica – based on the risk matrix estabilished by the Government institutions – succeed in including three Ateco codes between the 86 business sectors that remained opened after the first lockdown: boat restoration and maintenance, motor restoration and installation, touristic ports.

Thanks to a specific dossier presented on April at Palazzo Chigi, since the 27th of April was possible to reopen the shipyards, the manufacturing enterprises with export propensity and restart the broker activities.

The same task was pursue with the Regions, and it was the reason behind some partial loosening of the closure measures in Liguria, Tuscany, Lazio, Marche, Emilia-Romagna, Sicily and Friuli Venezia Giulia, regarding most of all the delivery of charter and recreational boat, maintenance activities, both by craftmen and owners.
