Fastmount Director, Maggie Kelly steps down from CFO role after 17 years.

Fastmount was recently acquired by Auckland-based Nautical Group Holdings (NGH) and Kelly will be succeeded by newly appointed group CFO Giri Giridharan. Kelly will remain onboard as a shareholder of NGH.

Statements about the business change

It has been a highlight of my career working with Fastmount, for a product that speaks for itself, and with loyal distributors whose generosity and commitment to the Fastmount product seems to know no bounds. I look forward to seeing Fastmount and the distributors prosper in these exceptional times,” said Kelly.

NGH CEO Marc Michel commented, “We commend Maggie for a job well done, bringing her sales nous into the strategic vision and growth of the company and she will be missed by the global Fastmount team. Maggie’s CFO responsibilities will now be assumed by the group CFO as we focus on supporting the team to accelerate innovation, marketing and ultimately sales through our amazing family of global distribution partners.

Giri brings a background in working with high growth technology-based companies to mature and implement better financial systems in order to assist management drive insights and deliver value at every step of the manufacturing, distribution and sales process”.
