B&G®, specialized in sailing navigation and nautical instrumentation, has announced a new annual partnership with Solaris Yachts, which consolidates the collaboration already started by the two brands in recent years.
In particular, the agreement provides for the use of B&G instruments on all Solaris boats presented at the upcoming Cannes, Genoa and Dusseldorf Boat Shows and the commitment to a series of joint activities throughout 2022 and part of 2023. First of all, the expected presentation on 21 April of the new Solaris 50, at the Marina of Monfalcone.
New Solaris 50
Successor to the successful Solaris 50, awarded with the European Yacht of the Year 2016, the new model summarizes the best that can be found aboard a 15-meter performance cruiser.
The Solaris 50 waterlines represent the latest evolutionary threshold of the projects of Javier Soto Acebal, designer of all the Solaris currently in the range, who has been able to give a further balance to the hull: incredible performance, even higher, always maintaining a soft passage on the wave.
Technology on board
On board will be the top of the line B&G instrumentation, such as the H5000 instrument and autopilot systems that combine navigation capabilities with racing technologies in an easy-to-use package.
Also, the Nemesis “intelligent” display, capable of offering an unprecedented display, with complete customization, pre-defined multi-function templates and easy-to-use automatic dashboards.
The radar will instead be HALO20 + with pulse compression, the ultimate in target detection and high levels of safety along with incredibly sharp images at short and long range.
